Staying at Nelson Studio enables you to truly "get away from it all”, but still have the convenience of Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge and Southwold within easy driving distance. Bird watchers in particular will enjoy the local countryside and the close proximity to Minsmere and Orfordness. With lots of good quality pubs & restaurants in the local vicinity - there are plenty of places to walk, cycle and relax.
Admiral Cottage is within 30 foot of the Nelson Studio, making it ideal if you are with a group staying at the cottage but require more privacy.

EntranceYou enter Nelson Studio through a double glazed stable door straight into the open plan cooking, living, dining area.
Mini-kitchenThe compact and well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Cleaning materials, washing-up liquid and tea towels are also supplied. (Please note there is no oven)
Shower roomOff the kitchen there is a shower room with an electric shower. The fluffy towels we supply will make you feel as if you are staying at a luxurious hotel.
Dining tableIn the living area there is a small dining table and chairs, which is ideal for having intimate dinners.
Living areaThe living area is furnished to make you feel as relaxed as at home. The settee is the perfect place to relax, unwind and cuddle up in front of a good film or with a great book. There is a colour TV, DVD and plenty of local information for you to peruse.
The cottage has electric heating, 365 days a year with individually controlled time clock and thermostat, to suit your own requirements.
PatioOn a warm day you can open the French window out onto your private patio area and just watch the many birds that frequent the garden.
BedroomThe galleried bedroom is upstairs and is accessed via a narrow stair case.
The comfortable bedroom is beautifully co-ordinated with quality furnishings, bedside lights and crisp modern white bed linen. The bed is a comfortable 4ft 6 foot double bed.
Because the bedroom is open straight onto the staircase this makes Nelson Studio unsuitable for toddlers.
SurroundingsThe Studio shares is in the garden of the owners' beautiful house, which was once the old village shop. The garden to the front overlooks turf fields.
ParkingParking is available at the front or at the back of the studio. In both cases this is 20-30 feet away from the property.
